Questions

Trials, answered

Does NoBill stop the charge?
No. It warns you before the trial converts and shows the cancel steps. Stopping it is your action, in the provider's account.
What if the trial date is not in my screenshot?
The entry appears without a date and the app asks you to add one. No date is guessed.
How far ahead is the warning?
Before the conversion, by e-mail and push. Ordinary charges get a reminder 1–3 days ahead, and you choose how many.
The trial already converted. Is it too late?
For that charge, yes — refunds are the provider's policy. The subscription still goes on the list with its cancel steps, so the next one does not catch you.
Does it find trials I forgot I started?
Only if they appear in what you upload. A trial billed through the App Store shows up in the App Store subscriptions screen; one billed directly may only show in an e-mail receipt.
Is this NoBill's own site?
No. This page is published by the team behind NoBill and links to it.
